Your satisfaction and hygiene are equally important to us. Please read our return policy carefully.
Eligible returns
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products that are damaged, defective or different from what you ordered can be returned regardless of whether they have been opened.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened incontinence products, diapers, pads, underwear or personal care items unless they are faulty.
Wrong size?
If you ordered the wrong size and the pack is still sealed, we will gladly exchange it. You only pay the delivery fee for the exchange.
How to request a return
- Call or WhatsApp us with your order number within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will arrange collection or advise the nearest drop-off point.
- Once we inspect the item, refunds are sent via M-Pesa within 3 working days.
